79 and feels like 85 here now. Ran off without my jacket this morning dangit.up early with my wife and Tiny E for 3 miles and 700' of gain (45 degrees this morning-brrrr! )
I know what you mean. I caught a rotator cuff issue a few weeks back and it is still a real problem for somethings. I just decided no overhead weight or movements that aggravate it. Getting lots of cardio thoughwent to the gym this afternoon, earlier in the week I messed something up in my right upper forearm- hard to grip, pain when it's put in the wrong position, but didn't think it would mess with my bench press, but it did! was able to get my 3/3 and last set of 10, but I didn't even attempt my 3+ set @ 90% of my 1RM
squats went fine 3/3/3+/10 @ 70/80/90/70% of 1RM
pullups and dips weren't too bad either
pullups 18-16-12
dips 3x30
