I was thinking that workout looked like something, but fun didn’t come to mind :D
When you reside a couple hundred feet above sea level you have to embrace a different sorta suck to even remotely be prepared for the elk mountains. As much about building the mental as the physical and that one looks like it will knock the mangina right off of ya.

This thread is supposed to be about motivation and getting better but ScottRK suggested trying the mini leg blaster, so my workout partner and myself decided that after 5sets with a 2 min rest in between that he is Evil 😉

For a flat lander as myself, the above mentioned “mini leg blaster” requires only body weight. Awesome workout!!

^^ Wait til your 54. Notice I don’t post how many sets.
You near cuyahoga? I was going to hit those trails. Looks like you can get some hill work around that area. Loop the steep ones.Check All trails.

Last night WV trail 4 mi/515’/ 82 min. Easy jog on some slight downhills for some momentum. 91* Blue jeans and T-shirt soaked.

Ran one mile on treadmill at 10 minute pace then cut speed in half and cranked the incline to max at 15% and did another mile. Was about all I wanted after the previous day with 100 steps up into lunges. Glutes are not very happy with me right now.
