Back to a full workout today after going light the last few days...

25 Push-ups
50 Ab-mat suit-ups
400m run

Snatch complex @60% of 1 rep
every 1:30x6 sets
Hang power snatch 2 sec pause at hip+hang power snatch 2 sec pause at knee + hang power snatch 2 sec below knee.

12 miles (and 3200' of gain) of some really tough snowshoeing and about a 1/2 mile coming back off the pass of some real puckering picking my way back down! Have a nice bruise on my a$$ and upper hamstring to show for it.

Also got witness one hell of an avalanche, took me too long to get my phone out and on video to capture it :(

Almost had the joint all to myself :)

Wk 14 prevost training- not fun anymore- 65# pack 100 min. 21:53 pace .Got 4.6 mi .121’ had to pause a few minutes at the 1.25mi marks. Hated to but I’m not going for SF selection anyway. Got 8 mi on new asolo 520 no blisters or hot spots. Change from keen utility.

6 miles and 1200' for TE and I this morning- we've got a couple of hot days in our future, low 80's through Tuesday, but calling for a chance of snow on Friday :D. Pretty good week 32 miles and 7200' of gain
