Thanks @Cant hit em and @mtwarden! Great experience so far but a whole lot of volume...definitely feeling my age.

Event 1: 5 rounds for time, 20 minute time cap
15 Handstand PU
15 Shoulder to Overhead, Dual 50lb dumbbells
15 cal row

Ended up getting time capped, got stuck on the HSPU.

3 workouts down, 2 to go. Back to the gym for another one this afternoon after work.

handstand pushups- ugh! :)

6 miles and 1300' for Tiny Elvis and I thins morning, gorgeous day for hiking- 50's and overcast, much better than than the 75 degrees we had yesterday.

8 miles and 1400' with my wife, a few of her girlfriends and Tiny Elvis. Cold day for May, mid 30's and spitting snow most of the way- but good weather for hiking :)

All finished up with the quarterfinal workouts. Quite a different experience doing 5 workouts in 36 hours.

The workout from yesterday afternoon
For time:
75 power cleans 135 lbs
300 DU
15 minute time cap

This mornings workout
For time:
12-9-6
Overhead squats 165 lbs
Burpee box jump overs 30”
