It's a great solo tent, 17 oz all in with stakes. I've had it in some pretty nasty weather- we were camped on a high ridge last summer and it endured some very high winds- I didn't get a wink of sleep, but the tent held :D

4 mile (700') recover y hike with my wife, wife's friend and Tiny E

I'm on a eating frenzy, two breakfasts and I'm already thinking about lunch :D they usually only last about two days otherwise I'd weigh 250+ lbs :)

Wk 12 prevost long ruck: 30%(65#) bodywt./ 80 min. That 5% ^ from25% calculation on wk 10 = about a 20% ) ^ in training wt.
A gut check week for me on legs. Had to sit and rest for the 1st time.Finished though. 3.7 mi 105’.

Still doing 2 day/ wk wts and weightless hike and rowing days

Did the town hill hike loop - no pack. 2miles 49:00 850’. Some powerlifting type woman ran 3 laps up and down to my 1.👿Forgot I’d got done and was resting on a bench and some guy pulled up and asked if I was homeless.. not my day I guess.

5/3/1 squat and OHP day

Big goose egg on Wednesday, BUT I did meet with a bunch of buds at a local brewery to swap lies and drink a few beers- was fun!

This evening 4 mile hill workout with TE, 1100' in 2 miles.
