12 med ball cleans 20#
15 abmat sit ups
15 cal ass bike
30 double unders
100ft prowler push 95#

I did 5 rounds as prescribed then last 5 did 12 cals on bike and 50 ft prowler push.

well so much for that- we're getting 15-20 mph winds in town, it's double that in the Elkhorns- 30-40 mph winds (gusts higher) kind of takes the fun out of it :(

:) it's not so much the hiking (although 40-ish mile winds in powder snow can be a little rough), but the sleeping at night- I have a 4 season tent so structurally it's sound at those winds, but man it doesn't lull you into sleep :D
