15-25 minutes for AMRAP. This one was 15.what is time limit for Max Rounds? is that a standard thing (since you don't mention it)? thanks.

Each partner does 6 rounds at each station

-slam ball (30 lbs)
-echo bike cals
-dual dumbbell box step overs (20", 50 lbs)
-assault runner cals
Oh come on, it's just extra hiking resistancewell so much for that- we're getting 15-20 mph winds in town, it's double that in the Elkhorns- 30-40 mph winds (gusts higher) kind of takes the fun out of it
