did Murph today (52:45), probably has been close to two years since I've tried it- it's still a tough workout

I portioned the first half with 5 pull-ups/10 pushups/15 air squats, decided to try something I read about this morning- doing 50 sets of 2/4/6, as I was halfway I did 25 sets like that
in another two years might have to try the whole 50 set deal
