a nice 22 mile, three lake jaunt into the Big Belt Mtns, the grouse weren’t cooperating, but the cutthroat were :)

Wifey and I signed up for kickboxing class at our local gym. 30 minutes non stop at 8 different stations consisting of squat wall balls, slams, lunges, jab...uppercut...knee combos, front kicks, roundhouses, planks. I might not be able to sit tomorrow.
 
4 miles on the trails with my wife and Tiny E- gorgeous fall evening

headed to CO tomorrow for a little running and peak bagging :)
