Another run with the pup. 2.75miles

10- Deadlifts with 55lb DB's
10- Box step ups with 55lb DB's
10- Shoulder Press with 55lb DB's
 
4 rounds each for time:

10 pull-ups
15 push-ups
20 KB swings, 53 lbs
400M Run

Rest 1 minute between rounds
 
Wendler week 5 squats 5/5/5+, bench 5/5/5+, pullups 3x12, dips 3x30, core

3 miles with my wife and Tiny E- definitely getting a little more light in the evening :)
 
Another run with the pup. 3 miles of up and down a South Carolina hill, app 3/10's mile one way. It must have been semi decent because she was asleep in the back seat the whole way back to the office.
