Wendler week 4- squats 3x5, bench 3x5 week 4 is a deload week with pretty light weights so added a bit more in my other exercises- pullups 5x10, dips 5x25, core 5 sets of incline situps, leg raises and back extenions
Tiny Elvis, my wife and I got 3.5 miles on the trails this evening- snow is not going anywhere- no way you could venture onto the trails without some traction devices on- trails are either heavily packed snow or ice
