The majority of the fuds who buy rifles still think the 338lapua is the ultimate long range deer gun. They make fun of the hipsters and knowledgeable people who buys 6.5creemoors. The people at beretta are these same fudds. I wouldn’t hold your breath on a smaller factory creedmoor option aimed at deer hunter sales.

I wasn’t even really thinking deer, I’m thinking bear and elk for my daughter to have a rifle that’s hers. It seems like about a perfect cartridge for that (though I want one too, it would do anything I need a rifle to do)

It really seems perfect for a build for my daughter who is showing interest in hunting… suppressed would even be better, and she wouldn’t grow out of it with the right furniture
