Got my barreled action back from Kampfeld, and Karl did a fantastic job. The flared collar looks seamless.

Before I started doing them locally I used LRI, Kampfeld, and Twisted Barrel. Still recommend the latter two. I'm sure UM, class 3, and the other common recommendations do great work as well.
