The Macahans/HowThe West Was Won. The pilot was The Macahans and the series was How The West Was Won.

It only lasted three seasons. Mountain Man Zeb Macahan was my favorite James Arness character, even more than Matt Dillon. I’ve heard Arness couldn’t continue because of pain riding due to WWII wounds. Not sure how true that was.

You may not like it but i am watching Brooklyn 99 with the kids and it quite funny, no harsh words or profanity. Where the last time you watched a show with your family without worrying about these things.

Late to the thread but I would have to say the Rockford Files. Loved the episodes with Angel in them. That guy screwed Jim over all the time. Pretty funny.

Rumor says, it's coming back....

She even kinda looks like him
I accidentally clicked on this topic when I meant to open another.

Coincidentally, as I was reading your post - I saw a commercial for Matlock.

Skipped to the last page because I thought I’d do a good deed and advise that your show was coming back, but I see you’re already aware. I would have pegged you for a “Touched by an Angel” kind of guy, but it looks like you’re going to be busy on Thursday nights.

It's on Netflix I think.

I'm outside of a high speed area, I save my internet access for important things.

Memes on RS and stuff.

You ought to look into Starlink…

Matlock, a Swanson’s Salisbury Steak TV dinner waiting for you on your TV table while you sink into that La - Z - Boy after a long day of meming…

Maybe you even join a Matlock forum so you can discuss episodes with other fans. That would be good living.

I looked at Starlink, but it's money I'd spend to waste more time.

I really love wasting time, but I do enough as it is.

I ain't much on the Salisbury steak, I had hotdogs.

I'd love a Matlock/Andy Griffith show forum.

King of the Hill was a staple of my childhood

How I Met Your Mother could try to redeem themselves from the terrible ending

I’d like to see Outer Range come back for a few more seasons

King of the Hill is coming back next year on Hulu, still made by Mike Judge and Greg Daniels. Season 1 is mostly complete and they're working on season 2.

Supposedly it will pick up 9 years from the end of the original series. That would make Bobby 21 and one of the voice actors said he will be working as a chef. Johnny Hardwick supposedly recorded for a handful of episodes as Dale before he passed away and Luanne's voice actress is also no longer living.

Can't believe Amazon cancelled Outer Range! I didn't know about that until Googling it just now.

I’d heard about King of the Hill possibly coming back, I’m hoping it keeps the classic style of comedy it had before - Greg Daniel’s may be the guy to do that.

And I know! They cancelled it right after the second season, I’m sure hoping that someone picks it up because that was a good one!
