I'd bring Matlock back, but don't know who would replace Andy. Wouldn't need to change it much, just a few modern twists maybe. Each episode could run same story line.

More recent, the wife and I enjoyed Top Shot. They got to handle some cool weapons.
As mentioned, most of those older shows couldn't make it in today's America.
