With all do respect and I don’t mean this in a negative way to anyone on this site but.......
WHY ARE WE COMPARING THIS TO THE FLU, THERE IS NO COMPARISON...

Has anyone ever seen countries have complete and total quarantine over the flu???

The flu has been here for over a hundred years this virus has been here for less than a 100 days

There is a reason this is constantly on the news and the flu isn’t

This thing hasn’t even got going good yet and it’s killing pretty fast ,,give this another 6-8 months and comparing it to the flu will be a thing of the past, people have been trying to get the message across to the thick headed and the thick headed seem to think this is a joke and people are just trying to spread fear, they are trying to warn you and prepare others for the worst as calmly as they can without telling you this is gonna be bad.

stocking up on a month supply of necessities is not panicking, it’s preparing......I’d rather have it and not need it as to need it and not have it.

When people over in China get going again it’s gonna pick up again, that’s common sense until we can get a for sure medicine or vaccine this is gonna be a tough long road.

You would be correct. The flu is actually more resilient than covid-19 to hand washing and other measures. It is a they are both viral infections. Like I said my sister gets the REAL CDC updates and her message to everyone we know is to calm down and wash your dang hands.

I don’t know. I have only been in the US and only see what our media shows us. So I have no clue.

I have heard from a few commercial pilot friends who have flown worldwide recently and they said the US is a joke of other countries for how we are handling this.

So I don’t know how the other countries are handling it?

I also don’t think the virus was created to hurt trump. I never said that. But I do think the media is putting a liberal spin on it like they do with everything (guns etc). And making everyone panic and in turn is hurting the economy. Closing huge events and scaring people into tracking etc.

As far as I know this virus hasn’t killed any healthy children? But the flu has killed plenty of children this winter.

Our lame ass governor declared state of emergency in Colorado. Because 15 people might have the virus...
