Western Hunt Expo 2026

Enjoyed the show, as usual. Being local makes it nice. Needed some new boots, so I tried a lot of different ones on and settled on the Hoofman Borahs. Jim was super helpful and these seemed to fit my foot the best. They were delivered yesterday and I am wearing them now. Excited to hit the hills with them.

Heres the results. Looks like a couple from Peyton CO both drew Antelope tags.

That's bananas, I assume they are family and wonder what they odds are of that happening for the same species.

Stove from VIAM. Super light, little over 2lbs with 8ft pipe.

Isn’t that the stove design they “borrowed” from a Rokslider?

Only see one familiar name on the list. Congrats to @TBoschma. Maybe you can convince the @ExoMtnGear guys to join you and film it, so the rest of us can live vicariously though you!

I checked it out. It looks like great stuff. The grid fleece (Roam Crosslayer) and the Pointe insulated puffy were the two coolest pieces I thought. The Puffy has three times the insulation of the Lost parka but is still lighter in weight.
Nice, I bought a new Kuiu puffy on sale during the holidays, it’s super light but you can tell it’s fragile. I won’t wear it moving through the mountains but it’s warm from what I can so far wearing it this winter
