Western Hunt Expo 2026

I bought a pair of pants at the expo, Like a dummy I got the wrong size. I sent them a msg, Spika.com . They instantly responded back and I have a new set on the way, an upgrade because the one I bought was out-of-stock. Not all the usual hassle just a straight forward attempt to set it right. I dont know if these are any good, I sure hope so the customer service is excellent.

Spika had some good looking stuff and really good prices. The sewing house they use is legit too.

For sure. The difference was that he was engaged with them to produce/sell his stove as a partnership and they cut him out. That’s bad business.

That part was left out. Yeah, that sucks big time then. I knew the fab skills were over my head once I mocked it up. I know my limits lol.

Always been curious about these expos — do you guys find it’s actually worth it for discovering new gear, or more just seeing stuff you already know about?

Depends on how you hunt. If you're planning mountain hunts in the future this is a place you can try on packs, boots, look at rifle stocks, check out sleeping bags, stoves, etc. I always make a list of booths I want to visit and put my hands on stuff. I've bought several things at the expo over the years and I've bought way more months after the show after deciding what I want.
If you get out a couple times a year, not into new guns or do any backpacking it's probably not advantageous to you but still fun.
