Our pre-orders will be shipping in January and February, so you would avoid the tax with the Black Friday pre-order. You only pay the tax at the time of registration (Form 4), not at the time of purchase. Just clarifying this because we get this question a lot.

We have measured a 25% reduction in recoil over bare muzzle. 6.5 Creedmoor host rifle.
