Airlock sent me their newest can for review. Manufacturer's detailed info can be found here.

This is a titanium 3d printed can that came in at 6.49 ounces on my scale. Having countless suppressors on hand, and shooting them for many years, this one feels stupid light in your hand. Almost a "no way" thought. I look forward to shooting this, and seeing how it stacks up compared to others.

It is 5.5 inches long and 1.7 inches in diameter.

It will be used on a Kelbly 7PRC that is also being used for the Leica review I am doing found here.

This field usage review will be "end user" based and utilized in various scenarios, such as range time and hunting with both subjective and objective findings. While this will not be "torture tested", it will see a moderate round count as it will be demoed at my next shooting course. More to come.

If you have any specific questions let me know, I'll do my best to answer them.

What’s the max RPM you anticipate during your course? I can’t imagine getting anywhere close to Airlock’s 15 RPM restriction on a bolt hunting gun, and I’m fine with that. Might be interesting to see how much it heats up with a temp gun.

Thanks for doing this review!

It wouldn't go past the 15. 8-11 would be probable. I do have a temp gun, I'll make sure its at the range and take a reading.

Looking forward to this review! Particularly to seeing how these hold up over large numbers of shots (i.e., durability after 500-1000 rounds, not seeing how well it handles rapid fire shots).
