Just got the call mines at the shop ready to pick up

Placed the order on 8/22. Emailed today to see if they had an idea of when it would ship. They asked for a copy of the FFL I wanted to send it to. I had already sent this in on 8/22 and confirmed over the phone they had it, but I sent it again. Less than an hour later and I have a tracking number. Hopefully it starts moving early next week.

I'm so tempted to order one as I'd like to get a bolt rifle to run my tbac ultra 7 suppressor on. I don't have any threaded bolt guns yet. Wondering how it would be to swing a 24" rifle with a 7" suppressor on the end.

On that note, any issues cutting down a cerakoted barrel? I bought a PRC, not sure if it'll be a gift or for myself, but I'm considering having it chopped to 20" or so.

On my 24" 6.5 cm I could only drop maybe 1" with the flutes.

I was looking at various mounts, FWIW the Warne rail bases (two piece) were listed as the rem700 model, Howa, etc.

My one piece rem 700 long action scope mount fits, but it doesn't line up perfectly to the gun like they do on the 700.
