I would shim the floorplate down a touch, there is a reason for hard anodizing, and I’m sure you can’t file that thing as precisely as it is built

Fwiw filing is advised in the instructions if needed.

The anodizing wears off pretty quickly anyways.

FWIW, I have found that I like a 6 rd and a 10rd. I find the 10rd is excellent for range use, or for something like shooting prairie dogs where you have a higher volume of fire. If I’m deer hunting or similar, I like the shorter 6rd.

Hey all,
Last month we had a successful group buy from Waters Rifleman. I had a couple guys reach out, wishing that they had been able to get in on it. I’ve had others express interest if I did another, so we’re doing it. It’ll work just like the last one. Prices are for the item shipped to you. Waters is known for their Tikka .223 mags, but they also have a lot of other mags. They have mags for every cartridge family for the T3X. They also make nice AICS mags. They do sell a T3X bottom metal with extended mag release.

For the 223 mags, they are available in 6 rd and 10 rd configuration...
