I've got a physics degree. None of you know anything.

I've really enjoyed the past three pages, wow. Elitest sound engineer vibes, #science, the "who owns the company" question for the 30th time, sick drop ins from the "dissenting crowd" on the wrong side of every discussion. A little 33XC flex. Great vibes here.
I'm just over here still laughing at this
Doesn’t this qualify as a unreplicated science experiment? Technically your sample size is your number of suppressors. And your post qualifies as taking notes. We might have to start calling you Dr. Avery. We tested the suppressor today with five shots from my 33XC… took it like a champ…. ******* Science!!!

He’s actually in my contacts as “The Doctor Ryan Sniper Avery”.Doesn’t this qualify as a unreplicated science experiment? Technically your sample size is your number of suppressors. And your post qualifies as taking notes. We might have to start calling you Dr. Avery.![]()
Fixed it for you.So you're saying you wanteda pink maglots of orange mags for that tikka? Cause that is what I heard.![]()
I had sent him an orange body mag to put through its paces already and was making an joke that I should have sent him pink apparently.Fixed it for you.
But then again, I'm pretty sure @mxgsfmdpx would just spraypaint them if he really wanted to ...
I turned it off, the way he was oversimplifying while using excessively technical jargon made it seem like he was talking down on hunters. The latest podcast from Exo had the guy from Pew Science talking about suppressors.
There was so much fluffery/not really answering questions mixed with excess verbiage and jargon, that I'm not sure if I actually learned anything or not.
Disappointingly, he agreed that tone was important ... but didn't say much about it.
And his continued reference to magnums as being relevant/necessary for hunting big game (and that he'd never heard of Exo) suggested that he may not be particularly exposed to wider hunting data, practice, debates, etc.
Would be interested to hear Form's take on it all ...
Some of use got the joke.I had sent him an orange body mag to put through its paces already and was making an joke that I should have sent him pink apparently.
Anyways sorry for the derail. Just killing time till we find out more about that scope!

I agree with both of your assessments. It was disappointing.I turned it off, the way he was oversimplifying while using excessively technical jargon made it seem like he was talking down on hunters.
He admitted that he wasn't familiar with exo at all, it would have been good for him to listen to some previous episodes to gather a baseline of the listeners knowledge.
This is what comes across most clearly too me.The ability to distill down lots of complicated information into brief consumable segments is not his/its strong suit.
I love almost every exo podcast, but that was absolutely painful. Not sure how you can use so much technical jargon while also sounding like you don’t know what you’re talking about.I agree with both of your assessments. It was disappointing.
It explained a lot of why the PewScience website looks the way it does with tons of excess information.
The ability to distill down lots of complicated information into brief consumable segments is not his/its strong suit.
We will be using silencershop for transfers inside the Unknown Munitions shop, other than that we will be form 3 transferring to any dealer of your choosing and it is up to them how they want to do the form 4.
if you don’t get an immediate approval, you would have to drive back over on another occasion to pick it up.For a guy over in Western WA, would it be more economical to Form 3 it to a dealer here or drive over to Post Falls for a weekend? I assume I only need to be physically present for pickup. And I need to ask a few dealers about their Form 3 costs to determine that a bit. Might be able to visit my steel fabricator in Spokane on a Friday and have the gas paid for.
Is a dealer allowed to form 4 a can to a non-resident of the state the dealer is licensed? Probably something you need to verify. Otherwise form 3 to a dealer in your state would be needed. For a guy over in Western WA, would it be more economical to Form 3 it to a dealer here or drive over to Post Falls for a weekend?
