Turn fridge into hanger for meat

Maybe I'm doing it wrong but, when it's too warm in the garage to hang for a week, I usually quarter it up and let it rest in the fridge for a week. No modification needed.
I don't think it's wrong. It seems many just lay them out on the racks. Sure beats cutting up a fridge and keeps the freezer working. Can never have too much freezer space.

My father sells some of the fish and the meat that he's catching as we don't eat it all. He spends most of his time hunting, as this brings him a revenue. He bought two fridges that keep in the garage, which is the store also. For the fish, we have a Koldtech KT.SQRCD.15.SF, while for the meat, a FED MPA1410TNG. Both of them were bought from https://ianboer.com.au/displays/. I don't know why he chose to spend so much money on them but at least he's proud of his equipment.

Made a mistake. Bought a newer fridge out of a smoker home. I know better, but had a lapse in judgment.

Hoping to get the smell out, otherwise I'll sell it and keep looking.

All told a $150 mistake at this point.
