I really like this one.1.5 pounds ground pork, 1TBSP chopped fresh sage leaves, I will add more. 2 tsp fresh chopped thyme leaves, 1-1.5 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 TBSP white pepper, kosher salt and black pepper to taste. Some times I will use a little Maple syrup.Pardon the interruption: could you post your ground breakfast sausage recipe? I like it but have lost it.
