I will PM you with the details.
I can send you the emails.
The arrogance started before they launched the leaf spring recall and culminated when the 7mm frame holes in the collapsing frame didn't measure 10mm yet and I was afraid to take it off pavement.
Incorrect. I have never said you were the only one with the issue and you said you were responsible for the recall(s).

Lucky. My Tacoma has some paint oxidation on the door frame. I tried to get them to cover it but they wouldn’t.I got mine replaced for squeaking, and you’re the only person I’ve heard scream about Toyota warranty.
They repainted the my mom’s 15 year old rig for free when the paint flaked.
My ford was the biggest pile of crap and they did everything that they could to not pay a single warranty claim. Which is pretty typical for the big 3.
I can PM you the entire receipt file and letter I sent them.

Assuming you quoted the wrong person?I dont need reciepts, not opening that can of worms...Maybe you dealt with a shitty dealer, they do exist even in the Toyota world.
I've heard of no such issues from any of the numerous customers that we sent back to Toyota for replacements when we noted frame rot issues when they were on for other work.
Some of those vehicles still coming in for routine work.
Either way, the moral of the story is there was an issue with frames and Toyota stood behind their product better and longer than any other auto manufacturer I've ever seen. However there was a class action suite that played into that whole mess too.
I doubt they would be the as generous today unfortunately in a similar situation, however they are eating alot of warranty/recalled 3.4l twin turbo engines.
Corbs is good enoughI can PM you the entire receipt file and letter I sent them.
Their response: 'You didn't get the issue diagnosed at the dealer so we don't have to pay your claim'.
that would be correct...either way...Im not going down that rabbit holeAssuming you quoted the wrong person?
You are a smart man.that would be correct...either way...Im not going down that rabbit hole![]()
