21' F250 to a 18' Tundra

After having 2008 and 2015 Tundras, I can say I am very happy with the capabilities of my 2022 F250. I'd do another 5.7 Tundra but they can't come close to what the F250 does and I think my 2022 actually beats my old tundras on mpg. Pretty amazing trucks.

Buddy has an old Ford F150 with the coyote v8 and I just rode around with him a few days. That truck is really impressive with 200,000 miles and running great. I could see having one of those for a bird hunting truck.

Real world experience is quite different.
As much as I respect staying within limits, a Tundra at max payload is overwhelmed whereas an F150 is still capable.
I know for a fact that a modestly-spec'd F150 with 100k on the odometer can easily package 3 full size men and an entire elk camp up some of the worst 'roads' you can imagine with no addition to the rear suspension other than Bilstein 1500s.
Toyota likes to sell image and specs, Ford sells actual work.

OP-Don't try using airbags to make up for the weak springs on a Toyota....Been there and done that.

I love how when the discussion is toyota's your brag is about people who actually work their trucks.

Now that were up to 1/2 tons, No more work, just a truckload of geriatrics goin up the mountain.
