TOP 3 rifles

Cant separate with / pull out to show off:
1. Great Grandpa / Dad's 30-06 Winchest M70 Featherweight
2. Grandfather's Remington Model 721 270
3. My Marlin 1895SDT Trapper (#483 of 501)

Pull out to shoot:
1. Sig Cross 308
2. Best of the West 7PRC in MDT HNT26
3. 10-22 shorty suppressed in SB Tactical SB22 Chassis with folding brace

1. Blaser R8 .308/30-06
2. McWhorter 7SPRC
3. Tikka 300 Win

I have a Gunwerks that I need to shoot more. I had such a bad experience with Hornady 7PRC factory 180 ELDMs that I’ve been kind of turned off to the rifle. Maybe the Gunwerks will make it to the top 3 if I shoot Gunwerks ammo or a good handload.

I had a previous experience like this with my 7prc - if your going factory try the federal eld-x or any of the federal offers- all shot incredibly well out of my browning…not so with the Hornady

My top 3:

1. Tikka 30-06 chopped at 20” and threaded.

2. Bergara Ridge 18” in 6.5 Creedmoor, recently put is a Stocky’s VG Hunter with m5 bottom metal.

3. 6.5 Grendel 18” AR-15

If it was really a “can only hang on to 3 rifles” situation, I’d probably swap in a regular 5.56 AR instead of my Grendel. But currently, the Grendel goes to the range and the 5.56 stays home.
