Curious about swapping one for a long action bolt stop and mag to push heavies without intruding into the column. What have y’all measured for freebore/coal/cbto? I’ve heard they tend to have a lot of room but no numbers.

in my ctr I can seat a 178 eld to 3.0 inches and not hit anything. I havent tried anything longer or heavier since the 178 shoot so well

In my t3 308, 155 scenars are at 2.880 COAL. CBTO is at home in my book but dont remember. But I do have a LA bolt stop and L mag and dont come close to not fitting mag. I also shoot 130 ttsx and i know the CBTO is longer but still no issues feeding or with mag length.

Use the 6.5CM mag. Perfect length
