Blackdawg, "big city like Cheyenne", that's funny considering most already live in WAY bigger cities than that, and if I'm not mistaken, WY has the lowest population in the US. I really have no idea about the particulars to Cheyenne, but WY in general is a great place and worth checking out. As some have stated above WY is COLD in the winter. I live at 7,400' in Utah for most of the time and it's balmy compared to anywhere in WY I've been in the winter. If you're coming from FL, you might not like it so much; New England, you probably won't mind and you'll love how light the snow is relatively speaking, but be prepared for a shit load and even if it isn't snowing, don't worry, it will blow all over the place in short order.
