this was the year I thought... yep I am done buying... I am such a liar.

Mtbshark had one of those on the WA rokslide hike. Its a sweet little chair. Very comfy!

No wonder your pack weighed 100 lbs on the hike in during that idaho elk hunt! Lol. Just because your T1 can fit doesn't mean you have to put in there.

Nice looking chair though.

REI has those for $70, but you won't find camo anywhere in the store. It's very comfortable, came in at 1lb-10oz on my scale. Definitely worth carrying.

Lol.. Whats another 2 lbs :)

I think those are just a little different, same concept though.

The ones from REI seam to be very similar except cheaper and lighter, anyone have a preference that has used both? I think it was called the REI Flex Lite.

The REI is not quite as big and sits lower.

There is a review on youtube that shows them side by side.

I dont think you could go wrong either way. The camo version was worth a little more to me.
I might just use it on waterholes.

It arrived

I love it

easy to assemble

comfy and very light

you can easily shoot out of it if you sit upright.

or lounge back and enjoy a cup of coffee.

I am stuck on the fence on these. They seem like they would be pretty handy for their weight but I just can't pull the trigger.

How noisy are they? For instance, say you set up a ground blind and needed to shift from a relaxed position to be able to shoot a bow. Could you do that with minimal noise and discomfort?

Makes zero noise. Sitting upright is no problem and comfy

because it works as a lounge it will also work on a downhill slope.

The only negative is the price tag.

First time I saw these chairs was on the MR site as they now make them (material anyways). Seems like a cool chair and would be great for base camp on fly in hunts. How long does it take to build? And how durable do the legs feel? Do you think it will last for a long time?

Big price tag for a chair, but if it's built well and will last, money well spent right?

Rodney Im 230 to 240 you think this thing would hold my weight. You got me intrigued now =)

some of the little things make it a nice hunt.
Wait all year for a hunt and then just get by with the bare essentials? I think not..
