I sold some SHIP for a decent profit yesterday and I might pick up some TOPS for a quick flip today or tomorrow. Just hope the momentum continues once the market starts going up.

CTRM was fluctuating around .70 and was said to be grossly undervalued based on their financials, but they just announced a multi-million share offering at .35. It basically reduces them to a TOPS sort of stock, known for repeatedly screwing their investors. Very strange and unexpected given their financial condition, and it cost me 50%. These penny stocks are risky. Buyers beware.

Yes the shippers are the worst about offerings. The people who run the forum I’m in bought in at the drop, plan on a long hold, think the gap will fill. If you have patience.

Held my position on OZSC. They have a couple loan bids with the USAF and Navy. Not sure what will come of it but going to sit on this one for awhile

Re-bought all my IDEX shares on the dip today that i previously sold .

1/5th of my 10K TOPS order hit premarket at .199....and the other 4/5ths didn't before the stock tumbled to .14 lol! Can't win these days. I just gotta chuckle, click it off....I'll do other things until covid and the market is ready to cooperate.

Getting ready to put up hay for the Winter, aint gonna be easy, I have a tweaked knee (woodchuck hole) and a sore lower back.

I just took a look at daily charts for oil.
interestedly enough, most have retraced to previous support levels. All except for GTE, it’s still a little high.
if they break below? Well...anyone’s guess
If they lift off support, I feel like we’ll have modest gains until opec is solid again.
I’m thinking they hit support and go sideways.
Of course I don’t know sh¥t. I just like to remember the days when I bought MRO at $3.60!

Man I’m sitting pretty high on cash right now after a few sales. I think I’ll just do a few momentum trades if I can for the next little bit, see if this sells off decent amount.

This bleed is really hard to watch. Wish I was still averaged at .37 I was at 2 months ago.

Alright, alright, I took a break and got more wood piled so I can feel good about going on my NM antelope hunting. Somehow I pulled a tag and I’m treating it like a once-in-lifetime. I’m sure I’ll never draw another one of these.

Anyway, doing research for tomorrow, I watched a video from a YouTube guy that is claiming all the retirement pension funds are about to reposition from being stock heavy and start to position into bonds. Basically a massive sell off in the next week.
While I need to do much more research on this, I thought I would pass this on. I hope bringing attention to this turns into us protecting what we’ve earned so far, if this is true.

Do you think this selloff explains the market dive today? I have watch-lists of dozens of stocks, and literally only one single stock is green.

Curious what everyone’s sentiment is on oil? I jumped on GTE before the last dip. Been cost averaging down since. Starting to get heavily vested to lower my average. Curious what others feel on it? Does a guy keep buying these lows to average down? I know it’s all speculation but I’m at a crossroads on this one. Their debt is good through the year so I’m not terribly concerned with BK at the moment. This one just hasn’t moved like the rest. Holding strong regardless just not positive on averaging down more or not.

I bought more GTE and CDEV today. Brought my average down on GTE a little and up by such a small amount on CDEV it was pretty much negligible.

I think it’s fear of more shut downs from CV. Reaching all time highs daily rate. It’s likely also the rebalance has part of it too, but I think worry about people staying home more is likely the main cause

This. Wishing I sold off that VERI yesterday when I was up 7%. Might be sitting on it a while longer. But no rush, patience is key

Agreed. This is really brutal for energy right now, CDEV especially. Fingers are crossing for a vaccine or even news of one- I'll be getting out of most of my positions if that does end up materializing
