The Rokslide 95 (Ruger American 😁)

Appreciate it! All good!

Your ARC is messing with me everytime I see it! The trio might grow by 1……

Has anyone used JB weld or anything to stiffen the original stock? Seems easy, but wondering if there are any tips.

I want to stay with the original stock because the LOP is so easily adjusted and this is my kids' rifle. 22 ARC

I am about to add an SRS mini arca and I also ordered the weight kit for the butt end.
I used carbon arrow shafts and epoxy to stiffen the stock up on ours.

You don't need a pmag stock. Get a 450 Bushmaster mag and it will work with 308 based cartridges and fit in the rotary mag stock.

If anyone has a pmag stock for a predator or ranch I would pick up. Like to get out of my rotary mag without going to a chassis

I believe that in order for ar15 magazines to work on the Ruger American, it also needs to have a cutout scalloped spot machined off of the bolt. The first 223/5.56 Ruger American models didn’t have it.

Ruger is rebranding the gen 1 Americans as the "Glenfield Model A." It has the 3-position safety of the gen 2's, but it doesn't have cerakote and it uses the old stock. All the models come with threaded 20" barrels. Looks like a great choice for Ruger American fans who don't like spiral fluting (me). I just wish they had it in 6 ARC.
