The Rules:
Pick a day, any day, start at 10 pushups, you can do them however you want too, all 10 at once, 2 sets of 5, however you wanna break it up. After you've done your 10, post up your number for the day on this thread. On day 2 add 10 pushups, continue to add 10 pushups for each additional day until you no longer can keep up with the volume. I know some other guys that are doing this right now and are easily into the 300-400 pushups a day range. Obviously you don't have to do that many, but with most everyones hunting season in full swing right now it's important to stay active. Plus, who doesn't like a little friendly competition?
