That is a good read. I may purchase another in spite, hoping to help bring about another uncomfortable testimony for the director of the ATF.

The original Hybrid submission was paper but is now efile. 10 months from certification to my interstate move without receiving a paper Form 4 approval. Then it took three months to get the submission withdrawn, get the Form 3 transfer completed, and new efile Form 4 certified. Silencer Shop was fairly helpful here, but Gunmetal Inc of MD (I think based in WV too under another name) really sucked and kept dropping the ball.

I asked the ATF for an expedited approval once my move was finalized, but was basically told to kick rocks and get to the back of the line.

With the average wait time around 275 days from the submission email, it looks like you should be getting some good news pretty soon hopefully.

We'll see. It certainly appears based on the wide spread of approval dates coming back that later applications are being picked out to keep that average wait time artificially low.

they're the first i've seen from mid Oct. or anything past july really. I was early Oct, nothing yet.
