I bought and received 1 suppressor a couple of years ago, and have another in jail since Nov 2021, and am not familiar with this term

I think it only applies to the silencer shop Kiosk. I went into a local shop and did the e form, electric prints, and entered my atf info all at once. The email from the atf and payment was immediate.

Paid Silencer Shop sunday, completed docs were sent to ATF on 9/20. Hopefully this one goes a lot quicker than the last one.

My efile just got filed with the ATF a few days ago. The ATF website says 100 days but that was in June.

What a stupid thing to have to deal with….I can buy a gun in about 10 minutes but a thing that makes it a bit more quiet takes months and special taxes.

Yep, I have a buddy in the UK, and it is practically a law that you have to have one on a centerfire rifle over there. They called them "moderators"

Just shy of 18 months from start of process to receipt of the suppressor. Blame Covid, Biden, supply chain, whatever, took waaaay too long, but I couldn’t be happier now that I have it. My 13yo shooing 6.5 suppressed is happy as can be. May never own another muzzle brake ever.

I double downed on crazy by ordering a 20" Criterion threaded barrel in 270. I want something light(ish), hard hitting and with reasonably available Ammo.

Called ATF this week. My can has been in jail for 8 months. Told wait tims will be 12 or more months because of high demand.

Most Americans would realize that's a pretty good deal if they were better at math and calculating the total amount of taxes and healthcare fees they pay, to include Social Security. Plus no NFA tax for suppressors!

I collect suppressors so Ive got over a dozen stamps at this point. Efile is pretty much a joke. First one I did was 4 months, Second was April 4th and still waiting. It appears that it wont be ready for 6-8 months.
With their incompetence I will pretty much be done purchasing cans in the future. I went through the paper one year days and dont plan on doing that again.
2 in jail now and Ill stop wasting my time and money.

I did a trust, 1st 2 checks cashed 9/21. 3rd check cashed 11/21(it was an addition to the first 2). 3 stamps arrived 8/22.

Dealer did say the file was a joke, he hasn’t gotten any stamps from efile forms as yet.
