Crazy that trusts are super fast now too.

Just got another Form 4 Individual approved this morning, new record for me. 36 hours and 53 minutes.

I got my LTI approved through a trust in like 25 days if I remember correctly.

Individual submitted and approved 30 hours! Capital Armory has been amazing to deal with, I would highly recommend them. I started the initial order on 9/5 and I should have it to my door by 10/3.

Ordered through Silencer Shop on 9/5 as an individual. Went to the SS kiosk a few days later. Got the call from my LGS to do the form 4 on Monday afternoon (9/21) and got the approval email this morning.

I’m a class 3 dealer, here is what I’m seeing for the form 4 with no trust. I’ve gotten some approvals in less than 24 hours, most in less than a week and a few in 3-5 months. All of the ones that are going over a couple of weeks the buyer has a misdemeanor on their record. They will get approved but someone will have to manually approve it.
If you’re doing a trust the average is 4-7 months but can go 13 months. Once in awhile they batch them and a guy might get all approved at once that he’s put in for in the last year.

I’m not even sure it’s the misdemeanor causing them to be slow but it’s the only thing common between them. I’ve been asking the people that are going through quick and they haven’t been in any trouble, the ones that are held up have something on their record. I’d be curious if a shop with high volume noticed the same.

I've had a few misdemeanors in my younger years, alcohol/driving related. My scythe ti was on papers for 114 days upon approval if I recall, approved on a Monday. By Friday of the same week, my the 3 other cans were all approved, 2 were at around 40 days, the last was only 7 days.

just got my 2 Banish suppressors today from Silencer Central......in a trust and took about 7 months. Nothing negative to say about them at this point. A trust is going to take a lot longer and I doubt there is much difference in which vendor is doing it.

That isn't the case currently, the standardized trusts that are used over and over with only the person/item changing they said would speed up and that seems to be happening in the last few weeks. The average time according to silencer shop for individual single item trusts is down to 5days.

My wife bought her first one (well maybe I payed for it) on Saturday and was approved yesterday! Can’t believe how fast it was. It’s a AB 10 stack with 5 inch reflex so should be really quiet
