What time do all you geezers get up in the morning?

To bed 11:30-Midnight, up at 7am...always been a night owl. After covid for a couple of years I was up every morning at 5am for pre-market research (stocks.)

I'd be a zombie if I kept the early hours some of you keep...

I’m usually up 3:30 AM - 5 AM. Either to go lift or shoot my bow before work

I’ve been getting up between 4 and 5 am for the last 50+ years. Now in retirement I’m usually awake around 5 am but I can fake it until 6 or 6:30.

Had to do it. I was a construction electrician and thats where the big projects and money was.

That is what I call being good at a crappy job. I made a career at that. Less competition.

I get up whenever my hunting dogs tell me they have to go the bathroom. Normally by 6 am one of them has to go.

MAybe it is what hours you needed to get up as some work different shifts. I was always getting to my worksite early when I was working and that was out the door at 6am to get a start and miss road traffic. Now that I am retired I could sleep in but my body is not keen on doing that. And so my light sleep is starting about 430 am if I am heading to my hunting property again mainly to miss the traffic. But otherwise 6 am is my wake up time just body clock telling me. But again always have something I want to get done and just start and try and work on things...

Younger geezer here, but I usually wake up around 4:30am. Wife doesn’t like it but hoping it pays off when the first kid shows up soon.

Must be nice not to need much sleep for those wired that way. I still need and prefer to get 8.5 - 9 hrs per night.
