These links will probably help more than anything.First time posting anything here but looking for some direction. I didn't get denied but cannot remember the term they used but said further info needed. 3 years ago when I tried to get my first silencer. Never been arrested or charged with anything. But NCIS person told me I needed to contact the state of Nevada to straighten things out. Said it could b a simple misundersatanding or stolen identity. I buy guns al the time with no issues. Cannot get in touch with anyone in the state of Nevada. I lived there two years ago 25 years ago. Some people say just re-apply because due to the fact it took 13 months to get the letter the first time I applied some said if it takes over a certain long period the system auto rejects it. Any ideas???
Thanks Rob

If you cannot make headway with them on your own, I recommend consulting an attorney who specializes in Firearms laws. In Virginia, I have consulted with a guy named John Pierce. I am sure you could find one for Nevada issues.
