Make the best of a bad situation.

Has been good for local business. Sales tax revenue in out little town was up 78% in April because people weren't leaving town to get things.

My girls are 5 and 2 and the little boy is 6 months in a week. Biggest benefit is how much closer the girls have gotten. 2 months of only sporadic daycare means they're playing with one another 16 hours a day and quickly becoming best friends (and occasionally bitter enemies). Five year old is a terror on her 8-speed and is quickly learning to cast without hooking her dad and the 2 year old is quickly mastering her balance bike and learning not to chew on trash she picks out of the pond. Wife and I are are on dramatically reduced work schedules, so we're also getting to spend more time with the boy child in these first few months than we did with the older two, which is fun.

All my "honey do's" are done so I'm free to fish and hunt the rest of the year. It was nice to get a lot of projects done.
