I am looking for an insulated pad with an ultralight feel. Seems like the star of the class is the Therm Neoair Xlite.

Is the Insulated Static V more comfortable? I am thinking of getting the 25" Xlite but I near the Static V is 23" and more comfortable.

Any thoughts?

I have a static v luxe I got on camofire for 60 bucks or so and It's a lot more comfortable than my thermarest.I used to have a 3/4 inch thick pad and sometimes I would leave it at camp and just sleep on the ground in a sleeping bag it was just as comfortable if I could find a good spot

I had an x lite and just sold it and picked up an insulated static v lite. The x lite was not very comfortable for me, I had to inflate it only about halfway. And it crinkled like crazy. I've only laid on the static v in my basement but it seems way more comfortable. I'm heading out for a weekend camping and turkey hunting tomorrow so I'll get to test it out.
