Love my SO 4-man.
Just a couple pictures from a seven-day, hundred-mile remote float-trip in western Alaska. My son got his first brown bear...a nice 9ft boar, aged by ADFG at 9-12 years old.
Didn't see another person for the entire trip...

You can’t say 9’ boar and just casually not include a picture!! Especially during these times!

It was mentioned earlier, but how do you keep the creepy crawlies out of the tipi!? and how heavy are the stoves? Do you guys carry those things far into the backcountry?
Far right towards the bottom, above the 09?Kind of a "Where's Waldo" pic.. View attachment 165692
My SO SXL weighs about 3.6lbs with its 9' stovepipe. 3 of us backpack in with it and an SO 8 man. Its pretty manageable. We could go lighter but being able to hang out around a fire, stand, and dry stuff out even if you're socked in with weather for a couple days is awesome. It was mentioned earlier, but how do you keep the creepy crawlies out of the tipi!? and how heavy are the stoves?
