Small hot tent??

I've had a kifaru 8 man tipi for years.
I recently bought an Argali Yukon.

I love having a large, warm, dry tent to relax in the evenings.

I'm considering an Argali 4p hot tent and wood stove. I would use this tent for some camps.

But I wonder if it is really worth it. It seems that the tent would get too hot too fast. And I would already be laying in our near my sleeping bag since the tent is too small to sit up.

So... are little hot tents really worth the hassle and weight of bringing a stove??

Even a cimmaron feels tight to me with a wood stove. I burned a hole in my down coat when I accidentally got to close.

If it's cold or gonna be a wet hunt, definitely worth it. If it's dry and above 20⁰, I wouldn't bother.
