SHOT show 2026. New scopes ?

This seems like a situation where taping the turret for distance markings might make it a much more useful setup, than trying to convert mils to MOA clicks...

The turrets on the Accupoint 3-9 and 2.5-10 are about as low profile as an actual turret can get. You're not taping much of anything to them.

Kenton makes BDC turrets for them, and yes- those are the way to go if someone is utterly convinced to dial with those scopes.

I contacted them a bit back about those for the accupoint. Its still the same size turret and it still would very very easily come up carrying it and lose zero.

With about 2 mils worth of elevation.

(sarcasm)
No sarcasm intended (truly), but with a 6mm CM wouldn't 12 Mils of dial, with 34 Mils overall travel, provide enough elevation up to terminal range (and beyond)? That's what the LP 1FP META provides, doesn't it?

The Meta yes. However, pretty sure he was referencing the 3-12x Klassik.

It does that. The turrets really aren’t made to dial. However, I cut the face off of one cap so the turret could be spun without taking the cap off, and wouldn’t let it come unlocked and spun. Then someone told me about cutting a opening in the front and back to do the same but make it very easy to adjust the turret (I can’t remember who, so if it was you say something).

I wrote to Maven and told them I have the RS1.2 but would definitely buy some of their MOA only models if they offered them in mils. They replied politely stating they don’t believe there is enough demand for mils except in a few select models.

Oh well.

All I need is a simple, light scope, 2-10x in mil/mil with a very simple reticle with a few hash marks.

Can you dial with the Accupoint?

Looks like you got better answers than I can give you as far as dialing. I do have a Kenton custom turret on one of my accupoints and it's afforded me to be proficient as far out as I need for my hunting style. I don't dial per se and definitely don't shoot at an animal beyond 500 yards. I'm a hunter....no bench shooting for me, but I would like to at some point.

I've never so much as laid eyes on a S&B riflescope, but looking at their specs it appears that the Polars have at least 100cm/100m of elevation. I'm assuming that's in both directions so you can't count on more than 50cm up and if you need to use 10cm of that for initial zero you're left with about 40cm or 4mrad.

I have a S&B Polar 2.5-10 with ccw lockable turrets and have -0.2 - 9.8mils of useable travel.
