Ohhhh. No. I misunderstood. The S2H project scope proto’s should be here right before SHOT show.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Yours are worth a thousand questions!
S&B makes that scope.A NF 3-12x42 FFP with a simple mil reticle, low profile mil turrets, dummie proof eye box
Or similar
S&B makes that scope.
Can you add a cover over those crazy looking stocks, too!!!
I wrote to Maven and told them I have the RS1.2 but would definitely buy some of their MOA only models if they offered them in mils. They replied politely stating they don’t believe there is enough demand for mils except in a few select models.Would like to see Maven update the RS2 reticle options.
Ya... its the biggest drawback by far. With about 2 mils worth of elevation.
(sarcasm)
Have you ever got behind a Trijicon Accupoint 2.5-10X56? Glass is above average, excellent illumination, Mildot reticle option, 20.7oz, excellent low light and an absolute steal at 700ish dollars. I have quite a few scopes that are 3 times that amount and only a tad behind in overall performance.I wrote to Maven and told them I have the RS1.2 but would definitely buy some of their MOA only models if they offered them in mils. Oh well.
All I need is a simple, light scope, 2-10x in mil/mil with a very simple reticle with a few hash marks.

I think the limited interest from Rokslide is the tiny little bottle cap elevation turret.Have you ever got behind a Trijicon Accupoint 2.5-10X56? Folks will say "if you had to" but functionally, no.Can you dial with the Accupoint?

Only if you like MOA turrets with a mil reticle. At least on the 2.5-10x56Can you dial with the Accupoint?

I've never so much as laid eyes on a S&B riflescope, but looking at their specs it appears that the Polars have at least 100cm/100m of elevation. I'm assuming that's in both directions so you can't count on more than 50cm up and if you need to use 10cm of that for initial zero you're left with about 40cm or 4mrad.With about 2 mils worth of elevation.

i wish the 4-16 was available with a dial turret and a plain duplex reticle. Not that a duplex is ideal, it’s just more usable overall to me than their more complex reticles, in low light. It’s technically possible with the 3-9x40. The adjustments are precise enough to do it, but it’s a capped MOA turret with a MIL-reticle. So, I consider it a holdover scope.
I wish the 3-9x40 had the same options as the 4-16x50.
Was that with the MOAR reticle?I've never so much as laid eyes on a S&B riflescope, but looking at their specs it appears that the Polars have at least 100cm/100m of elevation. For a guy with no intentions of shooting (game, anyway) past 600, that would work pretty well.

I found myself watching three deer at last legal light yesterday. Just does and I’d already declined an easier shot, but it just reminded me how much I hate thin reticles at dusk. I’d turned the illumination on and it works well enough but I hate relying on that (NF SHV).

It is a holdover scope imo
