With the DH lites I like the long zipper on the side for dumping heat. The knee pads are really nice to have you won’t even notice they are there until you kneel down.
The 206’s are 3 or 4 oz lighter and they are more quiet. No knee pads. The 206 would be the pant I wear early season during warm weather.
If I could only pick one I think I’d take the DH lites because they are more versatile and the knee pads are actually really nice to have.
