Yea broad use of ivomec is a major problem of its own. I have seen ivomec resistant bankrupt worms and they were a bear to get rid of. They were resistant to ivomec, cydectin and long range verified via fecal float. A switch to prohibit (Levamisole) for 2 years had to be made to get rid of them.

I know it's outlawed but would warbex take care of screw worm or is it more of a tick killer? I know the Sandhills ranchers I know loved it but it was banned cause it killed magpies

Perfection in in short supply around the world and if that’s the only way you want to work with a neighboring country that’s a hard way to grow trade or keep screw worms away from our boarders.

It’s the same country that helped us push back screw worms to Central America in the past, and I’ll bet few people would call the country at that time more perfect by any means.

We work with horrible governments all around the world for our benefit, so getting frustrated, stomping off and taking our toys home doesn’t solve the problem it just shows we’re not very good at accomplishing the goal.

Apparently it does take someone from the border area to actually understand our relationship with who rules that side of the border.. but by all means safe travel when you decide to explore both side so you can confirm or change your preceptive with facts based of real life experiences and interactions..yanqui

Sorry I missed this sir. I not familar with warbex and it doesnt show its listed for any type of flies. However it is listed for insects so I'm sure it would have some effect albeit probably limited. It also appears to a Cholinesterase inhibitor and I know those are particularly dangerous to handle pesticides.
