I know it's outlawed but would warbex take care of screw worm or is it more of a tick killer? I know the Sandhills ranchers I know loved it but it was banned cause it killed magpiesYea broad use of ivomec is a major problem of its own. I have seen ivomec resistant bankrupt worms and they were a bear to get rid of. They were resistant to ivomec, cydectin and long range verified via fecal float. A switch to prohibit (Levamisole) for 2 years had to be made to get rid of them.
TAHC is proposing regs that state if you are within 6 mile radius of screw worms you are in quarantine zone. Will not be able to sell livestock……Whatever. Developing mutually beneficial trading relationships with other countries isn’t junior high school.
Perfection in in short supply around the world and if that’s the only way you want to work with a neighboring country that’s a hard way to grow trade or keep screw worms away from our boarders.TAHC is proposing regs that state if you are within 6 mile radius of screw worms you are in quarantine zone. Great trade partners don’t screw US ranchers

It’s the same country that helped us push back screw worms to Central America in the past, and I’ll bet few people would call the country at that time more perfect by any means.
We work with horrible governments all around the world for our benefit, so getting frustrated, stomping off and taking our toys home doesn’t solve the problem it just shows we’re not very good at accomplishing the
you obviously aren’t near the border…. Same country that “use” to allow us to help push screw worms back…. There is a vast difference ideology over the last 30 plus years. But by all means tell us all about your border ranching experience…. Or just simply STX life
If you want perfect I don’t know what to tell you. If TAHC is making a rule you don’t like why aren’t you mad at them?
why would I be mad @ TAHC trying to protect 100’s of millions of acres of wildlife and domestic ag in TX and the rest of US? The failure was the 1000 plus miles coverup of from Matamoros to Guadalajara…
Other than being frustrated and stomping your feet, I hope you find a workable plan that helps you out.
Aww. . . It’s cute that you enjoy following me around making snide comments. lolIs there anything you aren't an expert on?

At least in our family we value being well rounded and having opinions on things that effect the world we live in.
So we are clear. How many head do you run in south Texas and how long have you lived there?
I never even hinted I lived in Texas, but you know that. It doesn’t take a Texan to understand how international relations work, but you know that to.
I look forward to more of your snide remarks. lol

Whatever.Apparently it does take someone from the border area to actually understand our relationship with who rules that side of the border.. but by all means safe travel when you decide to explore both side so you can confirm or change your preceptive with facts based of real life experiences and interactions..yanqui
I know Sid personally, I’ve even roped with him and his son, had dinner with him etc. We would be the first to tell you the exact same thing I am.Whatever.
Do you guys even keep up with cooperative efforts between the US and Mexico? You laugh and poo poo the idea of working with Mexico and not just against it, and thankfully there are people actually working to do just that. It’s like arguing current events with someone who doesn’t pick up a newspaper.

I’m going to go with you don’t have a clue what the relationship with the border has been the last 30 years…
Look at the date…. That’s my exact point. Apparently Screw worm made it 1000 plus miles over night….
The nefariousness of the border is beyond your comprehension
That’s pretty wildMeanwhile USDA research on livestock infectious disease is getting axe'd.
No, your point is to act just like a victim like nothing can be done, all the while things are ramping up. Why didn’t you bring up the funding bill for a US fly factory that Cruz has introduced? A bunch of knitwits in the House and an administration that thinks all natural disasters should be paid for by the state are what you need to worry about.
