Yeah my example might not have met the standard of actual corruption but it certainly doesnt pass the smell test for ethical behavior to me at a minimum. Not the adding additional charges part, but how it was done. I'm with you on being happy they stayed the course and prevailed.I understand what several here believe there was specific corruption with the filing of the additional charges. Being involved in it for a couple decades, as far the DA is concerned, it's not corruption. It was a play made to get the defendants to plea to something. Then when they lost, they dropped everything. Pretty common.
I'm glad the hunters held strong and called their bluff.
