That is my quote: gunsmiths should always be local if possible.They are a small business trying to bring innovative products to market, and are heavily intertwined with the ownership of this site; people do not air grievances the same they would as large OEM's like Fierce and Bergara.
UM announced a new Red Carpet Quality Control program aimed to correct any QC issues going out the door. I will continue to purchase products from their online store. Jake said himself, "Your best bet is always to find a good local gunsmith."
I have no ownership or influence over UM operations except for Rokstoks. If I see a complaint about UM here, I would address it directly and tell them they are messing up, just like I do with countless other companies here.
I own a part of Shoot2Hunt, and S2H generates revenue from Rokstok sales. However, it would go against everything we have built at Rokslide to remove a post from a member complaining about a Rokstok.
