Awesome. What was the distance? 223?
Was about 10-15 yards. My 22 isn't done yet that was the 6.5 prc. Damn eld murders killed it so fast almost had to fall the tree to get it down though. Shot from below between front legs. Liquid heart and lungs and blew big section of spine out.

I don’t think you brought enough gun for this one…. Need more ke for dangerous game. They fall out the tree easier in two pieces.

Ya that unequivocally proves the 6.5 doesn't carry enough wallop to impose it's authority. My fault for using a piss ant cartridge in a stunt against magnificent wildlife.

I can’t recall seeing any boxed pictures - I am curious if the UM shipping box is unmarked, and if UM called prior to shipping. Ordered in July so have some waiting time, but will be moving in the future and might have it shipped to different address. Thanks!

This is how mine came. I did not get shipping notice. I came home and it was on my porch.

I called last week for a status update on an early June order. They said they were well into May and that they should be receiving my stock from stockys around the end of February. Assuming it passes their qc inspection it should ship fairly quickly after that.

I’d say you probably have another 7-8 weeks but that’s a total guess

Thats great to hear, I set my expectations for a year+. Might just have to give them a call and check in next month.

Got to love Karen's
All of the women in the world actually named "Karen" at birth must really hate the use of their name in society today as a pejorative slang term

Can you imagine? Someone asks them "what's your name?" - - - and they have to respond with "Karen".....oh, the reactions must be priceless!

The popularity of the name "Karen" has dropped like a rock.....(chart below is from Social Security website, and goes from 2020 to 2000) Karen was once the 141st most popular name for females, it is not even in the top 1000 names after the year 2020. Ouch!

The poor women that are now stuck with that name! Society will turn them into a bunch of Karens.

They are simultaneously launching a suppressor company, optics company (?) and trying to turn around QC on their gunsmithing company in addition to custom reloading and podcasting while being HQ'd in a relatively small town/labor pool. My guess is that they just don't have trained and skilled finishing staff for the Rokstocks.
I love the designs that they are working on but I'm a little concerned as well that they are getting spread too thin. Overextension has been the downfall of a lot of businesses.

I 100% hope I'm wrong. But I'd sure rather see them really nail one thing at a time.

I’ll second the part about the designs they’re working on. I’m holding off on another suppressor till I see what they come out with. And you can bet my next scope will be theirs. They’re going out on a limb to make what isn’t available and give guys something that really works. I know a ton of us here really appreciate that.

I'm highly enthused with their ongoing projects as well. And I really want them to succeed.

It's just that none of us can do it all, and certainly not all at the same time.

Worth noting, however, that I am not close to the situation, so my pessimism may be completely misplaced.
